CASE 54 — SUPPLIED SOURCE CHECK
Checked 5 October 2026. Model-assisted verification, not independent human review.

RESULT
The six-part archive is readable and usable as a retained review record. It cannot yet be certified as a complete verbatim export of the native conversation.

ARCHIVE AND STRUCTURE
Archive integrity test passed. Six PDFs: 10, 47, 25, 15, 16 and 44 pages; 157 pages including six cover pages.
148 top-level USER entries and 147 CHATGPT entries: 295 retained messages. These are labels in this export, not an independently confirmed native-chat count. The final entry is the user's export request.
All five multipart joins were inspected. Each moves from a completed reply to a new user entry, without an apparent mid-response cut. This does not establish that no intervening message was omitted.
All 157 pages were rendered and inspected in contact sheets; selected boundary and headline pages were inspected at larger scale. No apparent clipped page-edge text or unexpected blank body pages was found. Text bounds also passed. This is not a character-by-character native-source reconciliation.
Some Markdown tables are exported as paragraph text rather than properly laid-out tables.

SCREENSHOTS AND EMOJI
12 large screenshot placements, representing five unique uploaded screenshots. Every placement's decoded pixels matches the corresponding supplied Desktop screenshot exactly. Locators and comparison results: image-source-comparison.json.
43 emoji image placements representing two unique emoji assets, alongside Unicode emoji in extracted text. Emoji visibly render, including on the final headline page. Retention of every native-chat emoji and its original position remains unverified without the native conversation.

HEADLINE
The approved headline is present in Part 6 pages 43–44. Page 43 contains the underlying assistant passages, followed by the user's combined headline. Page 44 repeats both passages together in the assistant response. Wording agrees with the approved headline after normalising line breaks.

FOUR ORIGINAL RECORDS
A–D are separately retained, unchanged: 4 + 2 + 2 + 4 = 12 pages.
The six-part archive summarises these originals but does not physically contain the four original PDFs. Use the bundled source package rather than the six-part archive alone for the whole supplied case.
Original C begins with assistant text and does not retain its opening user prompt. The review lists a prompt for C, but that is not independently verified by the original C PDF.

COUNTS REQUIRING RECONCILIATION
Part 2 pages 6–9 reports total/assistant word counts and a roughly 2.09 ratio. Direct PDF whitespace-token extraction does not reproduce every claimed count. Raw totals including headings, labels and page furniture are A 1770, B 834, C 717, D 1480. The review reports A 1769, B 834, C 717, D 1480. Assistant segmentation after removing case headers and conversation titles gives A 496/856/345, B 436/335, D 498/380/518, differing from the review's A 494/848/344, B 435/329, D 499/382/522. Bullet symbols, standalone punctuation, line wrapping and counting conventions can affect totals. Do not treat either calculation as a final linguistic word count until a single explicit counting rule is applied to verified message text. The number of assistant continuations agrees: A 3, B 2, C 1, D 3.

ATTRIBUTION AND LIMITS
Later discussion and reviews of previous cases are model-authored commentary. This check does not validate claimed browsing, every substantive summary, internal safety mechanisms or causal attribution. Consent and reciprocal-care safeguards are present in the original four records and must be retained in analysis.
No source PDF was edited. No website publication or paper-wide integration was performed by this source check.
Keep the native chat accessible for final completeness verification.
