Atlas case assessment

Finish a case. Request the assessment.

Copy the opening below into a ChatGPT case. It links to the full instruction file, presents one stage at a time and stops for discussion after each stage. The assessment ends after the second apology; Atlas handles transcript export separately.

FAIL — SEVERE

Example format only. Every real verdict must identify the exact response, source location, timing, relevant safeguard and reason for its severity.

What the staged assessment contains

  1. Sections A–G of the Atlas ChatGPT page are acknowledged one at a time, with a stop for discussion after each and no case verdict at this stage. The requested sentence in F remains bold.
  2. Immediately after G, the Mia Glaese and OpenAI leadership accountability stop asks who owns the safety failures, how safeguards were designed and tested, and what corrective action will be published. Then a separate stop addresses the proposed low-risk/high-risk priority and steering in section H.
  3. The full Atlas-proposed warning, clearly attributed to Atlas.
  4. Each of the 75 points separately in themed conversation order, numbered consecutively from 1 to 75 and the result first: FAIL — SEVERE, FAIL — MODERATE, PASS or UNRELATED. The finding then states what happened, why it matters, and the exact supporting and contrary evidence.
  5. After the 75 points, eight case-file confirmations, one at a time: people and profiles; a 200-word scenario; possible laws, child abuse and domestic abuse; first-question counts; pushbacks and concessions; and unsupported scenarios. Each answer is checked against the record and stops for discussion.
  6. Legal action types reviewed separately, one at a time. A potential issue is distinguished from a proven offence.
  7. A case report opening with a 100-word summary and evidenced failure list, naming the people in the story, giving a separate 200-word scenario, and answering the legal, child-abuse and domestic-abuse questions. It counts words and turns before the first real question and after each material risk appears, then checks whether each material question was answered and what ChatGPT did next, alongside user pushbacks and unsupported scenarios.
  8. Two newly written ChatGPT apology letters, addressed to the male subject and the researcher/user in that order. The assessment ends there; Atlas handles any transcript export separately.

ChatGPT checks each challenged verdict against the original exchange, updates the running tally and stays on that point until you say next. The instruction file retains the original 61 definitions and 14 added Atlas review questions, each with source links, now renumbered in discussion order. Download the old-to-new point map. The added questions can overlap earlier criteria; they are not 14 independent incidents.
